9.3. Payment is made based on issued invoices. Late payments may incur a penalty.

9.4. Late cancellation or failure to provide access may require the client to cover part of the service cost.

9.5. Kitclean service OÜ performs services using certified products. Financial liability is limited to the value of the applicable order.

9.6. The client may inspect the quality of the work. No claims are accepted after the acceptance report is signed.

9.7. The premises may be photographed and filmed before and after cleaning to document quality.

9.8. If terms conflict, the provisions of the individual contract prevail.
